By accessing or using Apply Max ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Prosk AI ("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Active clients will be notified by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
Apply Max is a done-for-you job application service. A dedicated human team member ("Applier") applies to job openings on your behalf using the job preferences and resume you provide during onboarding. Applications are submitted through real company career portals — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, BambooHR, and others — on weekdays (Monday–Saturday).

All prices are in USD. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to active clients.
The 3-day free trial gives you up to 45 real job applications at no cost. No credit card is required to start your trial. The trial ends automatically with no charge. If you choose to continue, you will select a paid plan and provide payment information. The trial is limited to one per person/household.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the same date each month. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee each billing cycle.
Payments are non-refundable for the current billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry and contact you. Repeated failed payments may result in service suspension.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing admin@prosk-ai.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until then. We do not offer partial-month refunds unless there was a material failure of service on our part.
If you believe we have not delivered the Service as described, contact us within 7 days of the billing date and we will review your case in good faith.

Apply Max is a job application service. We commit to submitting applications as described and maintaining the quality standards outlined in Section 2. We do not guarantee that you will receive interview requests, job offers, or employment as a result of using the Service. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: market conditions, employer hiring decisions, your qualifications, and job availability in your target areas.
You retain full ownership of your resume and all application materials you provide to us. By submitting these materials, you grant Prosk AI a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share, distribute, or use your materials for any other purpose.
All content, branding, and software on the Apply Max website is owned by Prosk AI and may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prosk AI's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of employment opportunities.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by emailing admin@prosk-ai.com.
