How do I cancel my subscription?

Email us at admin@prosk-ai.com with "Cancel" in the subject. We'll confirm within 24 hours and your access continues until the billing period ends.

Can I update my job preferences mid-month?

Yes — email your PM anytime. Preference updates take effect within 1 business day. You can change roles, locations, excluded companies, or visa filters at any time.

What if I've accepted a job offer?

Congratulations! Email us right away so we can pause or cancel your account. We don't want to keep applying after you've found your role.

I need to check my application tracker.

Your Google Sheet tracker link is shared with you at onboarding via email. If you've lost it, email us and we'll resend the link within a few hours.
